Green Pea with almond Cookies青豆杏仁饼



Ingredients 材料

· 500gms Green Pea Powder 青豆粉

· 250gms Almond Nibs(roasted) 杏仁丁(烤过)

· 200gms Icing Sugar 糖粉

· 1 tsp Salt

· 580gms Plain Flour 普通面粉

· 385ml Corn Oil 玉米

For glazing 搽料

· 2 no Egg Yolk(Beaten) 蛋黄(打散)

Method 做法

1. 将所有材料放入搅拌器搅成团。

Place ingredients in a mixer and combine to form dough.

2. 将团放在塑胶袋之间揉薄,把饼干模粘少许面粉后按出形状,排在铺了蛋糕纸的烘盘上,然后搽些蛋黄。

Remove dough and place between sheets of plastic. Roll into a thin sheet, stamp out cookies with cutter pre-stained with flour. Arrange cookies on lined baking tray. Glaze surfaces.

3. 170°15-20分钟。取出待凉后,收入密封的饼干罐。

Bake in an oven preheated at 170°C for 15-20 minutes or till well-baked. Cool before storage.
