Home Made Vanilla ICE-CREAM

Ingredients (A)
- 2nos Whole Eggs全蛋
- 250ml Thickenel Cream淡奶油
- 250ml Full Cream Milk全脂牛奶
- 1tsp Vanilla Essence香叶香精

Ingredients (B)
- 1pkt Rich's Topping Base维益鲜奶油

Method
1) Combine Ingredients (A) into a bowl, then boiling the mixture true hot, after keep aside let cool.
将(A)材料混合入锅,然后慢火煮滚,放一旁待冷。
2) Ready Rich's Topping Base whip up until 50% soft peak, then pour in Ingredients (A) and mix well, keep frozen.
将维益鲜奶油搅拌大约50%起泡即可,然后将(A)材料倒入混合拌匀,放入冰箱备用。
